WiseCar offers premium features through our subscription service:

• Multi-User Charger Access: Up to 15 users per charger (vs 5 for free users)
• Extended Warranty: 36 months coverage (vs 24 months for free users)

• Smart Home Widget Controls: Enhanced iOS widget functionality
• WiseCar Plus Community: Exclusive access to premium member discussions

4.2 Billing & Cancellation

• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's app store settings
• No refunds for partial subscription periods
• Upon cancellation, premium features remain active until the current billing period ends

• iOS: Requires iOS 14.0 or later
• Android: Requires Android API level 21 or higher
• Network: Stable internet connection required for device control
• Hardware: Compatible with WiseCar charging devices (models WiseCar-Charger-V2 and newer)
• NFC: NFC-enabled device required for card authentication features

6. Acceptable Use Policy

6.1 Permitted Uses

• Control and monitor your own WiseCar charging devices
• Share access with authorized users (family, friends, tenants)
• Use AI assistant for device diagnostics and energy recommendations
• Participate in community discussions respectfully

6.2 Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the App or devices
• Using the App for any illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Sharing login credentials with unauthorized third parties
• Interfering with other users' devices or accounts
• Posting inappropriate content in community sections
• Commercial use without explicit written permission

7. Data Privacy & Security

Your privacy is important to us. Our data practices include:

• Secure cloud storage using Firebase and Google Cloud Platform
• End-to-end encryption for device communications

9. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

9.1 Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Factors beyond our control may affect availability including:

• Internet connectivity issues
• Device hardware malfunctions
• Third-party service outages
• Scheduled maintenance periods

9.2 Liability Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• WiseCar is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for subscription services in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We disclaim all warranties except those that cannot be legally excluded
• You use the App and devices at your own risk

10. Termination

10.1 Termination by You

• You may terminate your account at any time through the App settings
• Cancel subscriptions through your app store account
• Request account deletion by contacting support

10.2 Termination by WiseCar

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment of subscription fees
• Extended periods of inactivity (180+ days)

11. Updates & Modifications

• We regularly update the App to improve functionality and security
• We may modify these Terms at any time with 30 days' notice
• Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance
• Material changes will be prominently announced in the App

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
