Lucky's App ("we", "our", "us") values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights when using the Lucky's App mobile and web applications.

We may collect the following categories of information:

• Account Information — name, email address, username, profile details, and password (managed by Firebase Authentication).
• User Content — posts, profile photos, media uploads, comments, messages, and story content.
• Usage Data — app interactions such as likes, follows, reports, blocked users, and in-app activity.
• Device / Technical Data — device identifiers, platform information, push notification token, and log/debug metadata.
• Purchase Data — in-app purchase product identifiers, transaction states, and coin-credit records. We do not collect full card details; payments are processed by Apple and Google.

We use your information to:

• Create and manage user accounts.
• Provide core app features (posting, messaging, following, coins, stories, notifications).
• Process and deliver purchased digital items (coins).
• Enforce community safety (reporting, moderation, blocking).
• Improve app reliability, performance, and security.

Lucky's App allows user-generated content. We provide tools including reporting and blocking. Content that violates our rules may be reviewed and actioned, including removal and account restrictions.

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited data with service providers that support app operation, such as:

• Firebase — authentication, database, notifications, storage services.
• Cloudinary — media hosting and processing.
• Apple App Store / Google Play — purchase processing.

We retain account and content data while your account is active, or as needed for legitimate business and legal purposes. You may request deletion by using the in-app account deletion feature.

You can delete your account inside the app. Deletion removes your account and associated app data according to our backend deletion logic, subject to technical and legal retention constraints.

You have the following controls at any time:

• Edit your profile information.
• Block or unblock users.
• Report abusive content.
• Delete your account.
• Manage notification preferences.

Our service is not intended for children under the age required by applicable law in your region. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us to request removal.

Your information may be processed on servers located outside your country, where our service providers operate.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data. However, no online system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post changes with an updated effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
